D & J Precision Machine | Billet Valve Cover Black Powder Coat – 06 to Present Year Dodge Cummins
D & J designed this Billet Valve Cover in house for the best balance of fit, finish, and functionality, while keeping your budget in mind.
These valve covers are made from aircraft quality 6061-T6 aluminium and come with all stainless steel fasteners.
A baffle system was incorporated into this valve cover and was extensively tested.
If your engine does not have excessive blow by then you will not need a catch can.
This is a big step forward in the aftermarket valve cover market.
These valve covers will come with our custom billet breather and a 3/4 inch hose to keep costs down. AN style fittings are available for an additional cost.
The breather is threaded for a -16 o-ring fitting if you want to use your own fittings and hose.
We also decided the best option was to re-use your stock oil cap with a billet cover to set off the look.
We have seen all billet caps get either too tight or loosen up, as well as get very hot when the engine is up to temp and the cap needs removed.

Warranty: 12 months from Willys Workshop
Sold and warranted by Willys Workshop. Parts carry our 12-month warranty against defects, from the date of purchase or installation (whichever is later), subject to any manufacturer terms and fair wear and tear (Terms & Conditions, clause 7.1(b)). This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
- 30-day change-of-mind returns on eligible items: unused, uninstalled and in the original packaging, with a Return Authorisation from us first. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost.
- Wrong fit: if a part covered by our Fitment Guarantee doesn’t fit, we pay the return freight both ways and there’s no restocking fee.
- Special-order or imported-to-order items, electrical parts, ECUs and tuners once registered, connected or flashed, parts that have been fitted or modified, and clearance items can’t be returned for change of mind. Your rights for faulty goods still apply.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
