Description
This is the AirDog II-5G DF-165 fuel system for the 1994-1998 Dodge Ram P-Pump 12V Cummins.
This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system.
A draw straw is installed in the fuel tank to supply fuel to the pump.
The pressure side connects directly into the side of the P-Pump, bypassing the factory fuel filter housing and block mounted pump.
The injection pump return is tied into the engine return to eliminate the need for the factory filter head.
The AirDog Air/Vapour return is sent back to the tank through the filler neck return tee.
This is a 165GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for moderately modified trucks.

Sold and warranted by Willys Workshop. Parts carry our 12-month warranty against defects, from the date of purchase or installation (whichever is later), subject to any manufacturer terms and fair wear and tear (Terms & Conditions, clause 7.1(b)). This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
- 30-day change-of-mind returns on eligible items: unused, uninstalled and in the original packaging, with a Return Authorisation from us first. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost.
- Wrong fit: if a part covered by our Fitment Guarantee doesn’t fit, we pay the return freight both ways and there’s no restocking fee.
- Special-order or imported-to-order items, electrical parts, ECUs and tuners once registered, connected or flashed, parts that have been fitted or modified, and clearance items can’t be returned for change of mind. Your rights for faulty goods still apply.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
