Baby Mama 48RE Full Manual Valve Body (FMVB)
Take full control of your transmission’s shifting with the Baby Mama 48RE FMVB, designed for built transmissions and serious racing applications. This full manual valve body lets you command each gear with precision and authority, putting the power firmly in your hands. Built to handle aggressive driving, high-performance loads, and tough conditions, the Baby Mama is engineered for those who demand nothing but the best.
CRUCIAL INFORMATION:
- For Built Transmissions and Racing Applications Only!
- Triple Disc Converter and Billet Input Shaft Required.
- Transmission Removal Required for Installation.
- Units are built with 190 PSI line pressure by default. For 210 PSI, please contact our parts department for a custom order.
- Core Policy: ATS, Suncoast, and BD cores will NOT be accepted. Cores modified with a shift kit may not be eligible for full credit.
Build Features:
- Aggressive pressure curve with MAX main line pressure set to 190 PSI in all forward gears.
- Up to 75% increase in torque capacity for all clutch elements, including the TCC clutch.
Corrects, Prevents, and Reduces:
- TCC slip or shudder.
- Converter drain-back.
- 2nd band failure and 3rd clutch failure.
- Improves TCC engagement feel and allows full control of TCC apply in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gears.
- Increases clutch element torque capacity for enhanced performance.

- 12 months / unlimited km on reman transmissions (street use)
- Lifetime on Randy's hard parts (gears, shafts) where stated
- Claims processed via Randy's Warranty Claims & Support form
- Original proof of purchase required
- Competition / off-road use excluded unless specifically stated
