Rebuilding your engine or just a refresh for your project, replace your thermostat and thermostat seal.
Please Note: The 89- 93 5.9L Dodge Cummins has a different diameter thermostat and inner and outer thermostat seals due to lifting point attachment and housing differences.
Kit Includes:
- 1 x Inner (Stepped) Thermostat Seal (made in USA)
- 1 x 82°C Thermostat (Made in USA )
Thermostat is 54mm wide, check your water hose outlet housing where thermostat sits to ensure correct size – please have a look and check that you have the DODGE RAM 89 – 93 year model Cummins engine.

- MAHLE / Clevite — 12 months on bearings, gaskets, sealing components
- Dynomite Diesel — 12 months on stock-spec injectors and pumps; performance/race spec varies
- Power Driven Diesel — 12 months on turbos and bundled tuning kits
- Returns must be notified within 30 days of delivery
- Parts only — installation not covered
