The PDI 9445K Installation Kit is a complete set of gaskets and seals needed to install our Big Boss Exhaust Manifold on all Cat C15, C16, and EModel Engines.
Included with the kit:
- One Piece Seamless Sleeve Gaskets
- Turbo Flange Gasket
- Premium Hardened Manifold Studs
- Specialty Material Nut Fasteners
- Turbo Drain and Feed Line Gaskets
- Turbo Charge Pipe Connection O-Rings

Double Duty Diesel parts carry the original manufacturer's warranty:
- Fluidampr — Lifetime warranty on harmonic balancers
- MAHLE / Clevite — 12 months on bearings, gaskets, sealing components
- Dynomite Diesel — 12 months on stock-spec injectors and pumps; performance/race spec varies
- Power Driven Diesel — 12 months on turbos and bundled tuning kits
- Returns must be notified within 30 days of delivery
- Parts only — installation not covered
