Get better fuel efficiency and drivability from your Caterpillar C12. The Big Boss Turbo design has been created to withstand the toughest heat cycle conditions adding reliability with performance and efficiency.
Designed to keep the turbo in its efficiency range it utilizes a V-band style which eliminates the need for the traditional o-ring design of some engines. Built with precision to get the A/R ratio to move air at the most efficient range possible. Like all PDI products, they are designed to make more horsepower and create more efficiency so you save money while making the drive more enjoyable.
Stock turbos restrict the volume of air causing the response to be slow and the exhaust temperatures to run high. With the PDI Caterpillar C12 Turbo, you’ll keep the temperatures down and decrease the strain placed on the engine as you see more horsepower and fuel efficiency.

Double Duty Diesel parts carry the original manufacturer's warranty:
- Fluidampr — Lifetime warranty on harmonic balancers
- MAHLE / Clevite — 12 months on bearings, gaskets, sealing components
- Dynomite Diesel — 12 months on stock-spec injectors and pumps; performance/race spec varies
- Power Driven Diesel — 12 months on turbos and bundled tuning kits
- Returns must be notified within 30 days of delivery
- Parts only — installation not covered
