Why fit a secondary fuel filter?
It removes water and fine contaminants that slip past the factory filter, protecting your high-pressure pump and injectors — the most expensive parts of a common-rail fuel system.
Fuel Manager vs PreLine-Plus — what’s the difference?
Both filter ahead of your factory filter. PreLine-Plus kits typically add a primer pump and water-in-fuel sensor; Fuel Manager is the streamlined, filtration-focused option.
How often do I change the element?
Most owners change the pre-filter element with or between regular services, or sooner if the water-in-fuel warning triggers. We can advise an interval for your driving.
