Power Driven Diesel | Aggressor 80-96 Supercore Turbocharger
The Power Driven Diesel Aggressor 80/96 turbocharger is packed with the latest turbo technology, featuring a 7-blade billet compressor wheel, which tremendously outflows the old standard BorgWarner SX400 series turbos and even slightly outflows the modern and more expensive BorgWarner 480SX-E. The Aggressor 80-96 features twin hydrodynamic journal bearings and 360-degree thrust bearing for maximum reliability at extreme loads and extreme long life at moderate load applications. Aggressor Turbos come with oil drain and turbo-to-manifold gasket included.
The Aggressor 480 was developed with an ultra-compact compressor cover to enable fitment in tight engine bays for compound turbo applications. For hot street Cummins applications, this turbo is commonly used as the atmosphere (big turbo) in compound turbo setups. For race 6.7L Cummins applications, the Aggressor 480-96 is an excellent manifold high-pressure turbo. With just over 135 lbs/min of airflow, the Aggressor 80-96 has enough flow to support 1,100 rear wheel hp! The Power Driven Diesel Aggressor 480-96 Supercore features a custom-profiled compressor wheel with an 80 mm inducer and 110 mm exducer. The turbine wheel is the standard BorgWarner 400 series 96 mm x 88 mm size, so it will fit into a variety of exhaust housings. This turbo can be purchased as a supercore (complete turbo minus exhaust housing) or as a complete turbo with 3 optional exhaust housings: Undivided 1.15AR T6 5″ outlet, Undivided 1.15AR T6 4″ outlet, or Divided 1.15AR T6 5″ outlet. To make compound turbo fabrication easier, we developed new undivided T6 housings with both 4″ and 5″ outlet flange options.
