This Kit suits Nissan Patrol GU TD42 99-03
HPD has designed a hiflow 300x280x76 top mount intercooler for the Nissan Patrol GU TD42, with larger 63mm piping then the factory 57mm, a thicker core, cast tanks welded onto the core ensuring longevity and maximum performance. This kit also comes with billet inlet adaptor, bonnet scoop, under bonnet seal plate aluminium piping and quality silicon hoses with powder coated intercooler support frames.
The factory TD42 intercooler core size is 230x220x70mm, giving a surface area of 506cm², and a volume of 3542cc.
Our intercooler measures 300x280x76mm, giving an improved surface area of 840mm², and a larger volume of 6384cc.
That’s a 66% increase in surface area cooling, and a huge 80% increase in cooling volume!
