The Gates FleetRunner series belts are designed for the toughest applications, to be long wearing with greater load-carrying capacity for heavy service and high performance applications.
The HD belts are built specifically for diesel engines with their higher shock loads.
They have stronger internal cording strength than the standard belts. Life expectancy for the HD belt is 10 to 20% better than the standard belt.
Gates accessory belts are made with a synthetic rubber call EPDM. They wear much slower than previous generation belts that were made from actual rubber.
The HD belts have an advanced blend of EPDM to better withstand deterioration from exposure to ozone and water-based coolants.

Double Duty Diesel — Manufacturer Pass-Through Warranty
Double Duty Diesel parts carry the original manufacturer's warranty:
- Fluidampr — Lifetime warranty on harmonic balancers
- MAHLE / Clevite — 12 months on bearings, gaskets, sealing components
- Dynomite Diesel — 12 months on stock-spec injectors and pumps; performance/race spec varies
- Power Driven Diesel — 12 months on turbos and bundled tuning kits
- Returns must be notified within 30 days of delivery
- Parts only — installation not covered
