Brands & getting the right set
We stock proven bearing brands — ACL, NDC, TDC, Taiho and Enginetech — used in OEM and performance engines. Bearings come in standard and undersizes (010, 020 and up) to suit a machined crank, so send us your engine and crank details and we’ll confirm the exact set.
Engine bearing FAQs
What undersize bearing do I need?
It depends how far your crank has been ground. If you’re unsure, your engine machinist will spec the undersize — or tell us your crank measurements and we’ll match the set.
Main vs conrod bearings — what’s the difference?
Main bearings support the crankshaft in the block; conrod (big-end) bearings sit between the crank and the connecting rods. A full rebuild usually replaces both, plus cam/thrust bearings.
Do you stock race or performance bearings?
Yes — ACL Race series and other performance options are available for higher-output builds. Just ask.
