AirDog II-5G, DF-220-5G 2019 and Up Dodge Cummins
This is the AirDog II-5G DF-220 fuel system for the 2019 and UP Ram Cummins.
This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system.
A Fuel Module Upgrade Kit is installed in the factory fuel basket to pull fuel through a, factory-style, 1/2″ bulkhead fitting.
This will bypass the factory in-tank lift pump.
The pressure side connects directly into the side of the factory fuel filter housing.
The AirDog Air/Vapour return is sent back to the tank through the factory 3/8” suction line once the module is modified.
This is a 220GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for highly modified trucks

- Fluidampr — Lifetime warranty on harmonic balancers
- MAHLE / Clevite — 12 months on bearings, gaskets, sealing components
- Dynomite Diesel — 12 months on stock-spec injectors and pumps; performance/race spec varies
- Power Driven Diesel — 12 months on turbos and bundled tuning kits
- Returns must be notified within 30 days of delivery
- Parts only — installation not covered
