HPD has designed a direct replacement top mount intercooler for the Nissan Patrol GU, with a thicker core, cast tanks welded onto the core ensuring longevity and maximum performance.
HPD 4WD intercooler kits are designed to give amazing performance, reliability, consistent and sustainable power. By reducing inlet temperatures, you will also reduce engine running temperatures.
The factory TD42 intercooler core size is 230x220x70mm, giving a surface area of 506cm², and a volume of 3542cc.
Our intercooler measures 280x240x76mm, giving an improved surface area of 672mm², and a larger volume of 5107cc.
That’s a 33% increase in surface area cooling, and a huge 44% increase in cooling volume!
