By utilizing your factory lifter body and adding a solid spacer into the hydraulic portion, this kit allows you to take advantage of the benefits of solid lifters without the need for a full lifter replacement. However, please note that special tooling is required to install while the engine is in the truck and or it may be necessary to remove the engine for installation.
