Performance Fuel Filtration Setup for your Cummins 6BT
This fuel filtration setup includes:
- 2 High Flow Filter Heads capable of flowing 606 litres per hour
- High flow Fuel filter @ 3 Micron capable of flowing 606 litres per hour
- High Flow fuel / water separator @ 10 microns capable of flowing 454 litres per hour
- High Flowing head connecting fitting
- 2 x High Flow 8AN / 1/2″ IN / OUT line fittings
All Quality Donaldson components, made in Australia, Italy and Mexico.
This kit replaces the restrictive standard Cummins 6BT fuel filtrations setup, protecting your engine with finer fuel filtration and improved flow characteristics.
It will work with standard mechanical, High performance mechanical and electric lift pumps such as Raptor etc up to 100PSI operating pressure
Easy to service spin on filters that are readily available Australia wide.
Water separator inspection glass is an available option – not included
Will require making your own mount – mounts easily via recessed threads in top of filter heads – mount in pictures not provided

- Fluidampr — Lifetime warranty on harmonic balancers
- MAHLE / Clevite — 12 months on bearings, gaskets, sealing components
- Dynomite Diesel — 12 months on stock-spec injectors and pumps; performance/race spec varies
- Power Driven Diesel — 12 months on turbos and bundled tuning kits
- Returns must be notified within 30 days of delivery
- Parts only — installation not covered
