This Kit suits Nissan Patrol GU 2003-07 factory intercooled with narrow (570mm) radiator ONLY
HPD has designed a direct replacement hiflow top mount intercooler for the Nissan Patrol GU, with larger 63mm piping replacing the factory 57mm pipes, a thicker core, cast tanks welded onto the core ensuring longevity and maximum performance. This kit also comes with billet inlet adaptor, aluminium piping and quality silicon hoses.
The factory TD42 intercooler core size is 230x220x70mm, giving a surface area of 506cm², and a volume of 3542cc.
Our intercooler measures 280x240x76mm, giving an improved surface area of 672mm², and a larger volume of 5107cc.
That’s a 33% increase in surface area cooling, and a huge 44% increase in cooling volume!
