Power Driven Diesel | Manton Pressure Tower 24v Cummins Valve Spring Kit
The Manton Pressure Tower 106 lb 24v valve springs, chromoly locks, and retainers kit was developed to increase valve seat pressure for added boost and RPM without raising the valve open pressure (cam over the nose pressure) to prevent wiping camshaft lobes or destroying lifters on high mileage 24v Cummins engines.
In the past, competitors have resold Dodge Neon SRT4 110 or 120 lb valve springs with excessively high spring rates and open pressures that wiped cam lobes. The Manton Pressure Tower spring kit provides 15% more seat pressure with nearly identical stock valve spring open pressure.
We recommend the Manton 106 lb 24v Pressure Tower kit for up to 4000 RPM and 50 psi boost.
