This is a complete upper cylinder head gasket set with “thick”(1.28mm) head gasket, for the ’03-’07 5.9L Common Rail Engines.
Please Note: Head bolts not included.

- Returns must be notified within 30 days of delivery
- Parts only — installation not covered
