HPD’s Holden Rodeo RA intercooler kit have been designed due to the fact the factory piping and intercooler give many issues including split plastic piping and intercooler failure, resulting in lack of power and excess black smoke. HPD’s Rodeo intercooler will provide performance, reliability, consistent and sustainable power, by reducing inlet temperatures you will also reduce engine running temperatures.
The factory Rodeo intercooler core size is 280x240x65mm, giving a surface area of 670cm², and a volume of 4370cc.
Our upgrade intercooler measures 240x300x76mm, giving a massively improved surface area of 720cm², and a volume of 5472cc.
That’s an increase of approx 10% in surface area cooling, and a 25% increase charge air cooling volume!

HPD products carry a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase:
- Covers intercoolers, catch can / oil separator kits, transmission coolers, intakes
- Australian-designed and manufactured
- Excludes off-road competition use and damage from improper installation
- Original proof of purchase required for claims
