Description
This High Performance Diesel intercooler kit has been designed to suit current model Ford Ranger Super Duty 2025 onwards with 3.0Lt V6 engine. The intercooler delivers reduced inlet temperatures and engine running temperatures. This kit allows fitment of a winch and bull bar and re-positions the intercooler into a higher position that is less likely to suffer damage when off-roading.
This intercooler kit has been designed for vehicles that perform heavy towing and tough offroad driving. this unit has been proven to reduce intake temperatures by 30 – 45°C, thus reducing EGTs and overall engine running teperatures. Fitting a HPD intercooler kit enables your techician to tune the 3.0 Lt V6 safely for more power and torque.
Featuring a heavy-duty Bar & Plate core with cast alloy tanks, upgrade the leak-prone OEM unit with a HPD intercooler for a huge 222% increase in volume and 247% extra cooling surface area.

- Australian-designed and manufactured
- Excludes off-road competition use and damage from improper installation
- Original proof of purchase required for claims
