89-97 5.9L Crankshaft position Sensor – round plug
98 5.9L Crankshaft position Sensor – flat plug

NOTE: SOME LATE 97 DODGE TRUCKS HAVE THE 98 STYLE SENSOR.

YOU WILL NEED TO EXAMINE THE PLUG – IF IT IS ROUND, YOU NEED THE EARLIER 89-97 ROUND PLUG SENSOR.

IF IT IS FLAT, YOU NEED THE LATER 98 STYLE SENSOR.
