HPD’s Holden Rodeo’s top mount intercooler kits are designed to give a boost in performance, reliability, consistent and sustainable power. By reducing inlet temperatures, you will also reduce engine running temperatures. This HPD Kit includes a huge core and a unique CNC machined billet throttle body clamp which fits directly onto stock intake, billet CNC machined map sensor boss for perfect OEM fitment.
The factory intercooler core size is 260x350x65mm, giving a surface area of 910cm², and a volume of 5915cc.
Our upgrade intercooler measures 450x300x76mm, giving a massively improved surface area of 1350cm², and a volume of 10,260cc.
That’s an increase of approx 50% in surface area cooling, and almost 75% increase charge air cooling volume!
With engine tuning you will see the real benefits of fitting this HPD intercooler kit. Gains have been seen upwards of 30% torque and power.

HPD products carry a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase:
- Covers intercoolers, catch can / oil separator kits, transmission coolers, intakes
- Australian-designed and manufactured
- Excludes off-road competition use and damage from improper installation
- Original proof of purchase required for claims
