Raptor RP-4G-100 2003-2004 Dodge Cummins with In-Tank Fuel Pump
This is the Raptor-4G RP-100 fuel system for the 2003-2004.5 Common Rail Cummins with the fuel pump mounted in the fuel tank.
This system mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system.
A Fuel Module Upgrade Kit is installed in the factory fuel basket to pull fuel through a factory-style 1/2″ bulkhead fitting.
This will bypass the factory in-tank lift pump.
The pressure side connects directly into the side of the fuel filter housing on the engine block.
These pumps are internally regulated and do not require a return line.
This is a 100GPH (Gallon Per Hour) fuel system for stock fuel trucks.

- Fluidampr — Lifetime warranty on harmonic balancers
- MAHLE / Clevite — 12 months on bearings, gaskets, sealing components
- Dynomite Diesel — 12 months on stock-spec injectors and pumps; performance/race spec varies
- Power Driven Diesel — 12 months on turbos and bundled tuning kits
- Returns must be notified within 30 days of delivery
- Parts only — installation not covered
