Raptor RP-4G-100 2015 – 2016 Chevy Duramax
This is the Raptor-4G RP-100 fuel system for the 2015-2016 6.6L Duramax.
This system mounts to the frame jig in front of the fuel tank for a clean looking installation.
The suction line connects to the factory suction fitting on top of the fuel module.
The pressure side connects to the factory injection pump feed line on the frame.
These pumps are internally regulated and do not require a return line.
This is a 100GPH (Gallon Per Hour) fuel system for stock fuel trucks.

Double Duty Diesel parts carry the original manufacturer's warranty:
- Fluidampr — Lifetime warranty on harmonic balancers
- MAHLE / Clevite — 12 months on bearings, gaskets, sealing components
- Dynomite Diesel — 12 months on stock-spec injectors and pumps; performance/race spec varies
- Power Driven Diesel — 12 months on turbos and bundled tuning kits
- Returns must be notified within 30 days of delivery
- Parts only — installation not covered
